Lex Studio is a web design studio based in Austin, TX. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit lexstudio.design or reach out to work with us, how we use it, and how we protect it. We keep this simple because we run a small operation and we're not doing anything complicated with your data.
When you fill out a contact or inquiry form on our site, you may share your name, email address, business name, and details about your project. We only collect what you choose to give us. We don't collect anything in the background beyond basic website analytics (if applicable — see below).
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, communicate about your project, send invoices and project-related documents, and fulfill the work we've agreed to do together. That's it. We don't use your information for marketing, we don't add you to any mailing list without your consent, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
To run our business, we use a small number of tools — things like email, invoicing software, and file sharing. Your information may pass through those services as part of normal project work. We choose reputable tools and we're not handing your information to data brokers or advertisers.
At this stage, our website collects minimal to no tracking data. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect that. We don't run advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
We keep project-related information (emails, contracts, invoices) for a reasonable period after your project ends, primarily for our own records and in case any questions come up. We don't hold onto your data longer than makes sense.
You can ask us what information we have about you, request that we delete it, or ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
